We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the website. Clear Gifs/Web Beacons Information

When you use the Website, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which hyperlinks are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of our Website.

Device Identifiers:

Radio Frequency Identification Tags.

RFID is an abbreviation for Radio Frequency identification, a wireless, non-contact transfer of data using radio-frequency waves. RFIDs can be used in inventory management, personal tracking, ID badging and supply chain management. Radio Frequency identification technology uses electromagnetic fields to identify and track tags attached to individuals’ items. We do not use RFIDs.

How Personal Information is Used

Personal information we collect or process is used to provide you with our services, including offers of products and services.  We may also collect and process your first and last name, your physical address, email address and phone number to provide you quality customer service. Your information may be used to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other website feature or to send periodic emails.  The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your request, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We will retain your Personal information for as long as you are an active customer, as needed to provide you services, or until you request that we delete your data. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE

The parties expressly agree that this arbitration provision and any arbitration under this agreement is governed and controlled by the Federal Arbitration Act.  Other rights that you and we would otherwise have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights.  All such disputes shall be shall be exclusively submitted to JAMS, at offices closest to our principal place of business in California, for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.  The rules for arbitration may be reviewed at jamsadr.com
The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute arising under or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Policy, including any claim that all or any part of this Policy is void or voidable.

In the event of a conflict between this agreement to arbitrate and any other arbitration agreement between you and us, such as an arbitration agreement contained in a retail installment sales contract, lease agreement, or repair estimate or repair order (Other Arbitration Agreement), the terms of the Other Arbitration Agreement shall govern and prevail in such instance.
